Simplify Sustainability Program Management with Business ERP Software from Lawson

April 26th, 2010

Manufacturers and distributors in all industries and regions of the world are reevaluating how their businesses impact the environment in which they operate, including their partners, customers and communities. From design and sourcing to production and distribution, manufacturers and distributors are rapidly establishing sustainability or “green” programs across their supply chain because they increasingly make real business sense. With Lawson business ERP software, companies can manage their environmental programs efficiently and achieve the green targets that many companies are now obliged to attain.

Most of these initiatives are at early stages, as companies evaluate how sustainability can become a more integral part of their business strategy, reputation and brand. Companies are focusing on their biggest cost areas and on areas that have the most significant impact on the environment. Sustainability programs leading the way for manufacturers and distributors include facility energy reduction, facility emissions reduction, and reduction of fuel consumption and emissions from their fleet and related product logistics.

Companies have also begun information technology (IT) initiatives to support their sustainability programs. However, these initiatives are far from mature. In most instances, sustainability is evolving largely as a disconnected set of activities, where individuals or departments use spreadsheets or home-grown software applications to track their efforts and report results. There is a definite need for integration and automation.

Business ERP software promises to be an important tool for companies to better manage sustainability programs across their supply chain. By using business software, companies can easily manage the sustainability programs across their entire organization in one place, gain greater visibility into their existing sustainability programs, and produce better results.

The Strategic Role of Business ERP Software in the Sustainable Supply Chain

We can break down business software’s role in sustainability programs into three elements: enterprise resource planning (ERP) software as the foundation; internal controls for governance, risk management and compliance; and enterprise performance management. Each of these levels is important to the effective execution, management and measurement of a manufacturer or distributor’s sustainability program.

The Foundation: ERP

Because ERP systems are often integrated and enterprise-wide, they can sensibly form the foundation for managing sustainability programs. One approach to the problem is to align ERP applications with the sustainability programs a company is implementing, and then incorporate internal control and enterprise performance management solutions to create a complete solution.

The reason why ERP systems can work so well as a foundation for sustainability program is that they help manage the transactions that flow through the enterprise and establish “one version of the truth.” For instance, the ERP system can show that a supplier is on the company’s preferred supplier list, which may mean the supplier meets company standards related to child labor or organic sourcing. Often, these metrics correspond to specific measurement metrics within the Global Reporting Initiative Sustainability Reporting Guidelines.

Governance, Risk Management and Compliance

Almost all sustainability programs contain elements of governance, risk management, and compliance. At this level, an internal control system allows companies to more effectively and efficiently manage these requirements ? whether government mandated or established by the company ? by providing an automated solution to manage control activities.

An internal control system can centralize the information manufacturers and distributors need to manage sustainability activities within any functional area (e.g., supply chain management) and across the enterprise. The approach focuses on four areas:

1.Documentation. Provide a central repository for all governance, risk management, and compliance-related documents that is accessible to auditors and managers, and where documents are updated as close to real time as possible.

2.Testing. Track testing activities, including what was tested, when, by whom, results, and remedial actions when testing failed.

3.User interface. Communicate all key information to the appropriate audiences through an intuitive, secure, role-based, user-defined portal.

4.Monitoring. Enable companies to manage key events and transactions within their ERP and other business applications to easily present any significant or material events to the appropriate audience.

As a result, the reporting layer can include the documentation or history of on-site audits of business practices for all the preferred suppliers listed in the ERP system.

Enterprise Performance Management

Enterprise performance management systems deliver business intelligence via dashboards, scorecards, reports and alerts that allow knowledge workers to thoroughly analyze complex problems and then take action. They are what let us know that sustainability objectives are being met or whether action needs to be taken to get the effort back on track. Role-based dashboards work as the heart of the solution and act as a gateway for sustainability activity management. Workers can quickly navigate from alerts to detailed reports to the actual transactional data.

Enterprise performance management also includes a workflow layer. The workflow layer is mandatory for managing the complex interactions of individuals engaged in sustainability activities, such as monitoring carbon dioxide emissions or energy usage. System-based controls, paperless activities, and electronic approvals promote repeatable and sustainable actions and allow manufacturers and distributors to easily monitor key events, while enabling simpler audit trails and reducing risk.

Breaking into SAP

April 26th, 2010

SAP Training is required for both by SAP users and other IT professionals. To remain relevant, you have to be equipped with domain and functional knowledge with some basics on IT. SAP Training is an opportunity to proactively move your function experience and IT career to SAP domain.

Ten very important things you must consider when you are thinking about SAP Training.

SAP Training focuses on both the theory and practice, SAP Training–the acquisition of skills and knowledge. It is therefore an activity that seeks to fill skills and knowledge gaps. If you are a SAP professional your need might be for SAP certification. Before embarking on training you must know what your training needs are. What gap needs to be filled? Is the training need for an organization or an individual? What is your desired career path and specialization? What do you need to know? Are you sure training will close the gap? Set your training objectives carefully. The purpose of your training should be well defined. To acquire configuration & practical SAP skills, the best training approach is that which uses the “See it, Hear it, Do it.” i.e. interactive and participative. Listen to concepts and ideas and practice them yourself. Training must combine the right blend of theoretical and practical sessions. The quality of SAP training varies widely to choose training provider based on substance. They should be assessed with respect to quality of materials, competence of trainers, degree of instructor support, training skills of trainers, counseling facilities, track record, quality of facilities and other quality related issues and should be able to gain from the real world experience of the trainers. The focus of SAP training should be on effective learning by participants. The gap has to be filled, Training outcome is Key. The trainee has to check the skills and knowledge acquired relevant and adequate. The value of training he has received. The outcome should be much that the trainee must not only learn, but he must also be able to apply the learning. The primary focus of SAP training should be the acquisition of configuration skills and knowledge; Certification is secondary. Training is not only about immersing in knowledge, it’s also about creating opportunities for the better career. If you want to build a career in SAP and you should have a respective educational and functional knowledge. You need to acquire these skills and knowledge to advance your SAP career. Cramming for tests and reading text materials alone are not enough to establish your IT career. Cost is a major issue in SAP Training, but price should not be your sole determinant for choosing SAP Training or a Training institution. Always do a proper cost benefit analysis before deciding. How do you value the investments, should compare with the training needs. Think not only of your immediate costs but also for present and future opportunities. All the best instructors, world-class facilities cannot learn for you. You must be prepared to make the effort to learn SAP. Learning involves more than routine attendance of lectures. Your primary role is to learn with a good training setup, there is no mystery to learning. Have to be very committed towards the SAP Training. This often arises due to poor planning and or insufficient motivation. Each day after training, you should go over concepts you’ve been taught and practice on your own. Else your learning reserved for the classroom only. You need to consider some important factors when choosing the right learning solution. Each of these important pieces should be used in determining the right training model for you. Instructor-led Online SAP Training seems to achieve more beneficial for students than other training options, most particularly when there is a focus on in-depth hands-on exercises. Instructor-led Online Training is regarded as the most effective means of acquiring SAP skills and knowledge. You must however be prepared to learn at the pace of your training institution. The training focuses on the acquisition of SAP skills and knowledge. However, if you want to build a career in SAP, there are more issues where you need to work more on technical skills and getting acquitted with SAP knowledge. Need to have soft skills (presentation, communications, marketing, project management, etc) to enhance your value. Your tech skills and training decisions are important, but marketing yourself is also very important.

Furthermore, attitude is important in the real world. Attitude will determine your altitude. Issues like professionalism are important. As an SAP professional you need to develop professional skills and know how training fits into your career plan.

Ipod Stuff: Troubleshoot your Ipod

April 13th, 2010

A lot of people are encountering various problems with their iPod devices. iPod restore issues, blue, black or white screens, erase, connect and transfer problems, iPod won’t turn off (!), iPod falls into water, videos are not showing properly, audio is corrupted during playback and a lot more. The thing is that many of these issues can be resolved by following a basic troubleshooting routine every time you face a minor or major problem with your iPod.

- First of all, you got to make sure your iPod is turned on! A lot of people get so enthusiastic with their iPods forgetting the fact that the iPod is still an electronic device that uses batteries. And batteries must be fully charged. No batteries, no electricity, no iPod. So make sure your batteries are properly and fully charged before turning on your iPod.

- Restore your iPod. You will find all the information you need to restore your iPod at the apple website. Always restore your iPod using the latest updated software. Keep in mind that restoring your iPod means that you will lose all songs and other files and all settings will be restored to their original value.

- If you can’t connect your iPod with your computer via a USB or FireWire port, try a different port. It may not be your iPod’s fault but the USB’s or FireWire’s port fault instead. Try restarting your computer if the problem persists. A lot of compatibility issues have been reported, especially with the Windows XP operating system. A simple system restart might be the solution to your iPod connection problems.

- Another common mistake is the Hold switch mistake. If you forget the Hold switch in the locked position your iPod screen will show a lock image telling you that you have to turn the Hold switch off before turning on your iPod. A lot of new iPod users tend to forget the Hold switch on, thus believing that there’s something wrong with their iPod when they try to turn on the device.

- Try resetting your iPod. This usually solves a lot of issues. To reset your iPod connect it to the iPod AC Adapter and plug the adapter into an electrical outlet. Alternatively, connect your iPod to your computer’s built in FireWire port. Turn on the Hold switch and turn it off again. Finally press the Play/Pause button and hold it until the iPod logo appears.

- Keep updating your iPod’s firmware. Firmwares keep updating all the time. Be sure you always have the latest firmware for your iPod. You can download the latest firmware for free at the apple website. Also try to reinstall your iTunes software. Always have the latest iTunes version installed. You can download the latest iTunes version for free at the apple website.

It’s not always the iPod’s fault if something goes wrong. Use common thinking troubleshooting techniques before throwing your iPod in the garbage.

Usually the problem can be resolved easily. Visit any of the thousand iPod forums to find solutions to your iPod problems. Apple maintains a great support forum at their website. I am also sponsoring this popular iPod download community that will connect you with thousands of iPod users and help you find your favorite movies, music, TV shows and a lot more.

Using the Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer – Part 4 of 5 in Troubleshooting for Windows Vista

April 13th, 2010

Another excellent tool that’s freely available to Windows Vista administrators (or anyone else, for that matter) is the Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer (MBSA). This tool scans a system and quickly identifies security holes such as missing software patches or accounts with a blank or weak password.

Better yet, it recommends corrective action. The only bad news of sorts is that it’s not built into Windows Vista. You have to download this one from the Microsoft web site. The newest version of this tool at the time of this writing was released in May of 2008, Version 2.1. This updated version provides additional features which are detailed at the Microsoft website.

However, legacy Microsoft products are not supported by MBSA 2.1. Because of this, Microsoft has teamed-up with Shavlik Technologies to offer a free companion tool for MBSA 2.1. This will allow users of MBSA 2.01 to still receive security updates.

For the MBSA 2.01, the install steps are straightforward; just follow the steps in the wizard. During installation, the MBSA places a shortcut on the desktop by default. To launch the tool and perform a scan, follow these steps:

Double-click the desktop icon, and then, from the MBSA home page, choose Scan a Computer. Note here that admins can also use the MBSA to scan multiple computers in a network from a central location. In the Computer to Scan page, you should see the local machine listed if you’ve chosen the “Scan a computer” option. (The other selection produces a page from which you can select a range of machines.) Furthermore, the options in this screen let you specify exactly what components get checked during the scan. Once you verify the machine to scan, click the “Start scan” link. You’ll now see a Scanning page with a progress bar that can take several minutes to complete. When the scan finishes, you’ll see a report screen.

As you can see, this provides extremely valuable information to administrators who are interested in doing everything they can to stop problems before they start. For example, the administrator of this machine has been very diligent about installing necessary software updates, it seems, and has gotten passing grades in most areas of computer security. But the MBSA scan generates a failing grade…how is this possible? The MBSA makes it easy to investigate the exact nature of the failing grade by clicking the “Result details” link, revealing the dialog box. In this case it reveales a very significant (yet usually hidden) threat: local user account passwords are weak, thus generating the failing grade.

Hacking Your Computer is Super Easy

April 13th, 2010

USB-slurping, Trojan generator and social manipulation are the security buzz words you have to learn yourself today.<br><br>

In addition to understand what usb-slurping and social manipulation is about, you should keep your PC updated on the security side. It has never been easier to be a hacker and get into your PC than now. . Standard recipe is easy, all you need to know is the IP address and services available on the victims computer and there you go. The computer can be relatively well updated; it does not matter to what you want to do now. Scan yourself to the IP address and then perform a scan of the ports on that IP address. The software you use contains a long list of vulnerabilities associated with the various ports, choose one of the vulnerabilities and press attack and there you are.. The attack is the easy part of the hacking, where you can navigate files, take screen dumps, log key strokes, and more, without the owner(s) of the attacked computer knows anything, because the computer has not given any signals that something is really wrong now. <br><br>

We all say, well I do not have anything of interest on my computer anyway. It may be the case, but there are always someone with more evil plans than you think of that would like to use your computer for several purposes. For instance if someone has a grudge against you or your family, they might want to plant information or virus on your computer that makes the world like living hell to you. They can place things in your temp files and other relevant folders and put tracks of child porn for example. Then they will call authorities and the next thing you know, you have someone knocking on your door and wants to see what you have on your computer. Imagine the problems you will run into and all the hassle to just get out of that situation. <br><br>

The hacker can get hold of the administrator password once he has entered your computer through hacking it. Through so called bruteforce, or wordbook attack a hacker can very easy guess himself to the password on any computer system. Youth with cell phones and memory sticks <br><br>

A trend today is that youth takes into use tailor made Trojans to follow their friends or girl friends. As long as you have a Trojan generator that is a very simple program, it takes only a few keystrokes to make the Trojan file that can be sent to the victim. This is where the expression social manipulation comes into the picture, or social reengineering if you would like to call it that. By intricate and smart ways the victim is cheated to run the software you have made, and then you can access files, click their web camera, listen to the microphone, sniff to their msn traffic and so on, without the victim knows anything at all. <br><br>

Hackers hijack your web camera <br>

Adobe went out with a warning in October 2008 that hackers used so called click jacking to turn on the web camera and the microphone on victim’s computers without victims knowing it at all. They have called it a critical problem, the highest level of security threat the company use. It is the software Flash that is used for advertisement or other interactive fancy applications, that is vulnerable to this problem. It is present problem on all platforms. Luring people to visit evil web sites where hackers’ hijacks apparent innocent clicks that enable them to turn on equipment without the victims knowing it at all. Click jacking web browser problem hits all Adobe Flash Players microphone- and camera access setup. <br><br>

Even if your operating system is updated, you can be in trouble if you have not updated all the other things you have on your computer. For instance if you click a link to a popular mp3 song, that was opened in a older version of Winamp software playlist. Despite you have a well updated Vista or XP operating system on your computer, your machine is hacked through this vulnerability. It is a new trend, people update their operating system and Microsoft Office software, but are very bad on updating their other applications, either its stand alone or just supporting software like flash, WinAmp etc. WinAmp is just lying there and works, so why should they worry by updating it? This enable the hacker to utilize security holes in older versions of WinAmp and the Trojan is in the computer even after the Winamp is closed, or even deleted from the computer. <br><br>

Just to make it even scarier for you, as easy as you can hack a PC, you can hack a windows based Cell phone. Whatever you can do on a PC, you can do on a Windows Mobile or Symbian operating system. <br><br>

And if you think you are safe when you are sitting on the airplane totally isolated from the internet, think again. This is were the USB slurping enters the arena. If a stranger just friendly enough asks whether he can charge his IPod through your USB port, be on guard. The concept USB slurping is very simple. A MP3 player, USB memory stick or equivalent can be put into the USB port and begins to grab data, or slurping the data from your computer onto the accessory connected to your USB port. It is done through a auto run program on the accessory put into your USB port. You will not notice the theft or installment of malicious software to your computer at all, unless you are extremely observant. So next time you are on a conference or on a travel with your laptop, and someone asks to borrow your computer for only as simple as power charging through the USB port, avoid by politely decline the suggestion. There is a simple solution to avoid this to happen if you want to be a friendly borrower to people in need, turn off the auto run function. <br><br>

Antivirus is not everything, Regardless of how safe your system is, the problem occurs between the chair and the keyboard. We use internet for what it is worth and the question is whether we use our brain at the same time. <br><br>

We have another issue to talk about, and that is when we are moving around, we have a tendency of forgetting various gadgets we carry around with us, and some of these gadgets have valuable information and sometimes very sensitive information that comes into wrong hands sometimes. <br><br>

Things go very fast and sometimes there is not much time between glory and the downturn. The launch of Google Chrome is one example of this, where it was hailed into the skies when it came to the market, being user-friendly and speedy and the next week it came out lots of security warnings associated with this product, making it less of useful for the users. <br><br>

It is no longer popular to send Trojans and viruses through the emails, this is the old fashioned way of spreading viruses on computer systems. The new thing is to include the viruses on well recognized net sites, with reputations of being solid and clean. This is done for instance through advertisements on the net pages. Adverts are using security holes like seen in Norway where the MSN.no page was infected with advertisements full of viruses and all users of this otherwise seen as a secure Microsoft web page, suddenly had their computers full of viruses, spread through these advertisements. This methodology is not captured yet by antivirus software, and is seen as yet another way of attacking computers. Malware which is the most normal virus to get through this methodology is malicious software which exploits especially the older versions of Flash software again. This software is common software used to animate advertisements and if you have entered a page with animated adverts and have a old version of flash, it is high likelihood you have got a malicious virus on your computer. That means that online newspapers are prone to this virus attack, and since the files are changing every fifth or tenth second, the antivirus will not catch it. <br><br>

We all agree that antivirus software is important, but not regard it as you are 100% safe even with the most reputed antivirus software installed on your computer.

He has a background as civil engineer and geoscientist. He has worked mainly within the oil and gas industry from the mid 1980s. He has written a few fictional novels as well as being the author of some professional litterature within oil and gas sector, he is now an editor of some web sites.

Slow Startup With Windows XP – How Can I Fix The Problem?

April 13th, 2010

We install programs and visit all kinds of websites everyday. Our system files fragment themselves and we tend to forget to do a regular troubleshoot scan. With all these going on, it wouldn’t be much of a surprise if you encounter a slow startup with your Windows XP. Once you notice that it takes more than five minutes for your computer to start running, there may be a problem with your computer system. A slow startup with Windows XP can be solved instantly though, and through these solutions you’ll have it running again in no time.

The first thing you should consider is that you system undergoes all kinds of processes. You install all kinds of new programs, not knowing that there are actually other small applications that are installed as well. These usually come in the form of extra applications from publishers that go with your new program or toolbars and other stuff that installs itself instantly or when you forget to uncheck the radio button. This can cause a slow startup for your Windows XP, minor as the issue may sound, so you should either try to do a disk cleanup by clicking on the Disk Cleanup tool or manually browse through your program list and uninstall those that are just sitting there unused and forgotten about.

Another solution you could try is by defragmenting your file system. Files get fragmented into clusters all the time, making it difficult for your computer to scan and function well. Though it may take some time to finish, your system may start running faster than before after defragmenting it. You can also try exiting autostart programs and disconnecting unused network connections to improve your slow computer. Autostart programs are usually activated upon startup of your computer and can eat up a lot of CPU space. Try browsing through your Task Manager, look for programs that you don’t need to use, and end their processes. That way, more disk space will be freed and the system can run a little faster than before. Disconnecting unused network connections with other computers can also help. Usually if your network connection is shared with one or more computers, the performance level of your computer goes down. If you don’t see the need to read and write files into other people’s computers, you can shut these down to get rid of a slow startup with your Windows XP.

If none of these solutions seem to work, then you may have to troubleshoot your system for a virus attack, which is one of the most significant reasons why your system is slowing down. After scanning, try restarting your computer and see how long it would take for the system to finish. This is a good way in knowing if any changes have been made. You may have to backup your files first in case you have to reformat or perform serious action with your computer. To backup your files is not overreacting; anything can happen now that new and improved viruses are spreading all over the Internet. A slow startup with Windows XP could result to a lot of difficulties, so make sure to check once in a while.

Ten Great Things not to Do With Google Adsense!

April 12th, 2010

There is no question that you can make some good money with Google Adsense, but you’re setting yourself up for disaster if you make any of these Top Ten mistakes!

1. Do not use fake information when opening your Google Adsense account.

Google says that’s a no-no and they will cut your account off and keep all the money you may have earned. Besides, for more detail visit to www.youradsenseprofits.com trying to hide your true identity can cause serious problems with the I.R.S. or whoever your tax authority is.

2. Do not hack or modify Google Adsense code other than to change the parameters that Google authorizes you to change.

Any attempt to bypass Google’s built-in algorithms not only poses a danger to the integrity of the network, but it threatens the financial model that Google operates under. You’re not dealing with some Mom-and-Pop company here, for more detail visit to www.googleatmcash.com and Google has the legal muscle and deep enough pockets to drag you through every court in the land if you damage their business with your hacking antics.

3. Keep Adsense ads off of your registration, confirmation, and all “thank you” pages.

Don’t ask me why you can’t put your ads there. It makes sense to me that those would be wonderful locations. Google thinks otherwise, however, and doing so is a hanging offense according to their Terms of Service.

4. Do not display Adsense ads and a competitor’s ads (like Overture’s) on the same page at the same time.

5. Don’t “beg for clicks” or provide any incentive for clicking on your Google Adsense ads.

This is a biggie and you see this rule violated all the time. Any of the “get paid to do stuff” sites that put Google ads in the member’s control panels are walking the plank and they don’t even realize it. Even those sites with the polite little messages asking you to “help keep my site running by clicking on our sponsor’s ads” are asking to be cut off if those happen to be Google ads.

6. Never click on the ads running on your own site, even if you are genuinely interested in the product or service and are thinking of buying it!

Nothing screams FRAUD louder than a webmaster running up his or her own click counts by happily clicking on ads from their own site. The Google Gods can track this activity and it won’t be long until you find yourself getting a goodbye note from their fraud team.

7. No misleading labeling

Google is very specific about what text can be placed around their ads. Their Terms of Service state: “Publishers may not label the ads with text other than ‘sponsored links’ or ‘advertisements.’ This includes any text directly above our ads that could be confused with, or attempt to be associated with Google ads.”

This is to keep visitors from becoming confused and barking up Google’s tree when they clicked on an ad that led to a porn site instead of the recipe site they were expecting to visit.
8. Avoid keyword spamming and other divisive tricks

you may be tempted to buy one of those “generates thousands of key-word rich pages in seconds” programs that are so popular these days but I’ll tell you this: Their days are numbered. Google is wise to such shenanigans and they will be hot on your trail. Other prohibited gimmicks include:

• “Sneaky” page redirects that send a visitor off to a different site then they were expecting to visit.

• Multiple sites, domains, pages, etc. which have substantially duplicate content.

• And here is a nugget of wisdom straight from Google’s mouth: “Do not participate in link schemes designed to increase your site’s ranking or Page Rank. In particular, avoid links to web spammers or “bad neighborhoods” on the web as your website may be affected adversely by those links.

9. Don’t advertise anything on Google’s prohibited items list.

It’s a lot shorter lists than Pay Pal’s or eBay’s, but it includes a lot of the same stuff like hacking/cracking content, porn, illegal drugs, gambling sites, beer or hard alcohol (I guess wine is OK), weapons, and the other usual stuff.

10. And the 10th dumbest thing NOT to do with Google Adsense is to let the other nine things stop you from running an honest site that’s designed to make the most out of this very profitable opportunity that Google offers!

AdSense Hacking Tutorial V3

AdSense Hacking Tutorial V3

by ajobbalok

AdSense is the best PPC(pay-per-click) programme in the world. Because it have a higher paying rate. So if you are using AdSense for a long time and cant make any money with it. You need help. In this tutorial, you will learn what is adsense, how adsense works and how you can cheat them.

How AdSense works, the basics

You put ads on your website, your visitor see those ads. and when they click on them you get money. if you are thinking that the whole thing is simple as that; then wake up, your in a dream.

Google place their ads, anyone can see them but google will start tracing them if they click on the ads. but the million dollar question is how they trace the clicker? here how they do it:

1. By Cookie.

2. By IP address.

3. By Referrer.

4. By User-agent.

5.  Screen Resolution.

We will try to beat google in this tutorial. by hiding or faking those informations.

Now to the earing section. How google calculate earing. if you get your first visitor, your impression will be 1. Impression means now many times your ads are shown to the public. google will calculate the impressions and the clicks, and pay you that amount. But if your 1st visitor clicked on a ad, it will be suspicious. because google will do this calculation:

number of clicks (divided by) number of impression (%)

it will give a numerical result like 10% so google is calculating the ratio of the clicks and impressions.  think that you have 13 impressions and 1 visitor clicked on a ad, so the calculation is

1 / 13%  =  7.69230769

this number is called the CTR. but if you have 1 impression and 1 click your CTR will grow to 100. google will ban you if the CTR is higher then 10. [7-9 is safe]

Every ad has it own value. like an insurance ad, it is a 14$ ad. google will not pay that amount to you per click. if your CTR is 7, google will divide the amount with CTR. and you will get the result. like:

14/7=2$/per click

so getting the high paying ads are important. i will show you how to get it.
